In 1995, Danny broke the goal-scoring record at Chula Vista High School by netting in 30 goals. Not only did this bring him recognition as a player but also as a future skills and goal-scoring coach.
Two local soccer camp directors decided to invite Danny to become a part of their summer camp coaching staff.
The summer of 2006, will mark Danny’s 11 year in the soccer camp industry. Danny has been coaching club, high school, Division 1 College, and Professional Indoor and Outdoor soccer camps.
“In the last 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in 3 states for nine different summer soccer camp organizations. Every camp has its own philosophy. Every director has their own coaching style. I’ve picked up a lot of interesting training exercises and pointers from each one of these directors.”
Danny started coaching youth select premier teams in the Fall of 2000. His players are recognized as creative, skillful, technical, and exciting dribblers throughout the Midwest.
In the Spring of 2004, Danny was named the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association Coach of the Year. His U14 Elm Grove Academy team has been ranked in the top 50 in the country for several seasons now. In the Fall of 2005, Danny’s team went undefeated in Regional League (comprised of six states in the Midwest) and
became the 2005 Midwest Regional League Champions.
Danny is also the Director of Coaching and Player Development for Lake Country United Soccer Club located in nearby Hartland, Wisconsin.
“It has been an exciting two and a half years at Lake Country. We have put together some pretty exciting programs. Our coaching staff is working very closely in order to ensure that our current and future players will develop into exciting creative personalities on the field.
“We currently have the #1 team in the state at the U10 girls level. They have done the Magical Soccer Moves camp three times in the last year (Spring, Summer and Winter). My U14 Elm Grove team has been doing the Magical Soccer Moves Camps during the Summer and Winter for the past four years. Watching my
players execute their moves in league and tournament play has been a rewarding process for me.
“I hope that I can work with you as well.”
